90 Degrees North Inc. Meets with Integrated Systems Technologies Philippines for Possible Industry Collaboration

June 25, 2025

90 Degrees North President, Engr. Achie Denna and his Sales Team sat down with the leadership team of Integrated Systems Technologies Philippines, OPC (ISTP) to explore potential collaboration in the fields of audiovisual training, system design, and industry education.

Originally established in 1998 as a music recording studio in South Korea, ISTP grew to become one of the country’s top-tier facilities before expanding to the Philippines in 2007.

Present during the meeting was its President and lead instructor Jun Lim, who has been instrumental in evolving the company into a pioneering Audio-Visual Technology Institute specializing in system design, consultation, and hands-on technical training.

ISTP offers a one-year curriculum focused on AV Technology, covering eight key disciplines: Audio, Video, Lighting, Control, Network, Electrical, Installation, and Streaming. The program is delivered through both face-to-face and modular learning, allowing students to progress at their own pace, with practical sessions conducted at partner institutes in Manila and select provincial locations.

In partnership with AVIXA (Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association), ISTP integrates globally recognized InfoComm certifications including CTS, CTS-D, and CTS-I. The institute is also preparing to work with TESDA to align its offerings with national certification standards.

Backed by design and solutions partners such as Wildgrass, ISTP is committed to closing the technical skills gap in the AV and broadcast industries by delivering practical, industry-aligned education.

Engr. Achie Denna expressed enthusiasm for the potential collaboration, noting that 90 Degrees North is well-equipped to support ISTP’s advocacy for AV education and training. From offering The Northern Alliance Academy of Innovation as a learning venue to providing access to industry-standard teaching tools such as Leaderhub, Yamaha, Canon, and more, the company is ready to contribute meaningfully to this shared mission.
